Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and maintain working relationships with schools and community programs
  •  Meet with referred youth to provide mentoring
  •  Provide evidence-based lessons and skill building to youth either in a group setting, or individually 
  •  Document interactions and programming with youth in a timely manner
  •  Complete all necessary assessments 
  •  May need to respond to crisis situations after office hours
  •  Plan, develop, and implement summer programming 
  •  Good time management and communication
  • Transport youth
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally
