Position Summary
The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and memorable recreational experiences for resort guests. This role supports a variety of outdoor and cultural activities while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the recreation and pool areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate the resort water slide and aquatic recreation areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with posted rules
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding recreation areas
  • Rent, inspect, and maintain bicycles and related equipment; provide basic instructions to guests
  • Assist with arts and crafts activities and culturally inspired classes and programs
  • Support and help conduct guided nature hikes and outdoor recreational activities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide information about recreation programs, schedules, and resort amenities
  • Enforce safety procedures and respond appropriately to guest needs and concerns
  • Set up, break down, and store recreation equipment and supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the recreation team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
