LOCATION - VARIOUS LEAR LOCATIONS (PLANT AND CORPORATE)
Lear Corporation seeks motivated and enthusiastic students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This program provides hands-on experience in a global automotive technology company, offering exposure to real-world business challenges and opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals.
Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Finance, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, and other key business areas.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting day-to-day departmental activities and projects
- Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Conducting research and presenting findings and recommendations
- Participating in meetings, training sessions, and team events
- Gaining exposure to Lear's manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and operational processes
- Completing special projects and assignments as needed
Your Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
