Summary:
The Summer Internship at Timber Age Systems, Inc. (TAS) plays a crucial role in developing innovative building solutions for the communities we serve. This position supports the production of high-quality products within the Timber Age Modular Building System (TAMBS) by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand, customer needs, and product goals. Interns will rotate through various divisions, contribute ideas for business growth, and work on business-focused projects, culminating in a final presentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand, customer, and product goals.
  • Rotate through different divisions, providing ideas for business improvement.
  • Research, design, and execute designated projects with a business focus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet key performance indicators for People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
