Job description

The Central Scheduling position is responsible primarily for scheduling patient appointments. This person will work with patients directly in the office, as well as on the phone. Scheduling requires data input into our scheduling software, insurance collection and verification, and chart prepping. Medical insurance knowledge is preferred.
Schedule:
Our office is open 7 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Shifts are generally 8 hours and may vary from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
Friendly, hard-working, and conscientious people are encouraged to apply, with or without previous experience. Past medical or customer facing experience is preferred. Person will be asked to be team oriented, detailed in nature, dedicated to a positive patient experience, communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers. Candidates with strong customer service skills and insurance knowledge are preferred.
