Job Description

The Role

Three days per week you see appointments, perform surgery and dentals, and practice at the top of your license. One day per week is yours to mentor newer veterinarians and lead our weekly two-hour hospital rounds. You work across all three teams—Customer Experience (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—fostering the collaboration that makes top-notch care possible.

We Protect Your Time

  • Personal assistant checks in/out all your appointments and monitors your task lists
  • You do doctor things: exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, surgery, dentals
  • We stay on schedule so you walk out on time, every time
  • Monday–Friday only. Your weekends are always yours.
  • Four 10-hour days. Schedule T–F or M–Th—always a 3-day weekend
  • Hospital closes 2 hrs/week for rounds and training that you lead
Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 7+ years clinical experience, deeply confident in your medicine
  • Outstanding diagnostician who loves a complex case
  • Comfortable with emergency medicine
  • Natural mentor who lights up when teaching others
  • Exceptional client communicator
  • Operational mindset—you understand how high-touch practices run
  • Surgery welcome, not required
  • Avian/exotic experience a plus; open mind is the only requirement

Qualifications

  • DVM/VMD from an accredited institution
  • NH veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
