About this Role

As a Quanta Services Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the successful execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with our management team, assisting them in various project-related tasks, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, which may include research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the project management team in creating project plans, defining project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and establishing project timelines.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities, tasks, and resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Help in monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Assist in identifying project risks, documenting them in a risk register, and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
  • Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree.
  • < 1 Year experience
