Flowco 2026 Summer Internship Program

I. Job Summary

At Flowco, we believe early career talent isn’t just the future of our business, you’re part of the journey we’re building right now.

Flowco’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, immersive experience designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world application in the energy industry. Over the course of the program, interns will gain hands-on exposure to meaningful work, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that directly impact our operations and customers.

This is not a “shadow from the sidelines” internship.  From day one, you’ll be part of the team - solving problems, asking questions, and helping us move forward.

The Internship Experience

As a Flowco Intern, you will:

  • Own a meaningful summer project tied to a real business need
  • Present your work and recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program
  • Gain exposure to field operations, engineering, business functions, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Participate in professional development sessions and leadership roundtables
  • Build relationships with peers, mentors, and company leaders

We are building this program intentionally, designed to give you clarity on your career path, experience you can speak confidently about, and connections that last beyond the summer.

This is Flowco’s inaugural internship program and we’re excited to build it alongside you.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support functional projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to real operational challenges
  • Conduct research and analysis; develop insights and recommendations
  • Synthesize findings and present conclusions to supervisors and leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Communicate progress, issues, and opportunities clearly and professionally
  • Participate actively in development sessions and networking events

Travel requirements (if applicable) will vary by role and location.

III. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (accredited) in a relevant field
  • Ability to work full-time during the internship program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree focus in Engineering, STEM, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (campus organizations, athletics, work, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or relevant technical software
  • Interest in the energy industry and operational environments

IV. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role may operate in a professional office environment, manufacturing environment, or field setting depending on assignment. Interns may be required to use standard office equipment and may occasionally visit operational sites.
