RREAF Holdings is a privately-held commercial real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas with a history of success in the acquisition, development, asset management, ownership, repositioning, and financing of complex real estate projects throughout the United States. 

Position Overview:  

The RREAF Holdings 2026 Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain invaluable expertise in the dynamic and competitive field of commercial real estate. We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated interns, both undergraduate and graduate students, who have a background in finance, business, economics, or related fields. The program requires interns to work in our Dallas office for the duration of the internship, offering a hands-on experience in various facets of the commercial real estate industry. 
Pay: $15-20
Location: 100% Onsite- Dallas, TX
GPA Requirements: 3.5
 

Key Responsibilities:  

As a summer intern at RREAF Holdings, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the following departments, gaining real-world experience and contributing to our continued success: 

  • Multifamily: Collaborate with our expert team to optimize property performance, assess market trends, and execute strategic business plans for our diverse portfolio of Multifamily properties. Participate in the evaluation, due diligence, and acquisition process of potential properties. 

  • Hospitality: Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing property performance metrics, market data, and financial trends to inform strategic initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. 

  • Extended Stay: Gain hands-on experience in the extended stay industry by assisting with market research, competitive set analyses, and performance benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. 

  • Outdoor Communities: Engage in strategic planning for our Outdoor Communities portfolio by supporting market research, performance tracking, and business plan execution for RV and Manufactured Housing communities. 

  • Legal Services: Work closely with our legal team to understand contracts and the regulatory aspects of real estate transactions. 

  • Human Resources: Gain insights into the HR processes related to recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement within our organization. 

  • Accounting: Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of our business. 

  • Marketing: Contribute to content creation, social media strategy, event marketing, and internal communications, while gaining exposure to PR initiatives, brand development, and corporate storytelling. 

Qualifications: 

To be eligible for the RREAF Holdings 2026 Summer Internship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria: 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on finance, business, economics, or a related field. 

  • Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
