About the Role

At SurePoint Technologies, design is more than how things look. It is how ideas take shape, stories get told, and experiences come to life. We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who thrives in a B2B technology environment and brings visual thinking to everything they create, including print and digital assets, website pages, and tradeshow booths.


This role is ideal for a creative who blends strong design instincts with an understanding of UX, modern design trends, and business objectives-and who enjoys owning projects from concept through execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a team-oriented, fast paced environment.


Objectives

  • Deliver thoughtful, modern designs that support business goals and campaign strategies
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while continuing to evolve and elevate the SurePoint brand
  • Partner closely with Marketing and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines in a fast-moving, campaign-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:
  • Demand-generation campaigns
  • Website visuals and landing pages
  • Digital advertising, social media, and email graphics
  • One-sheets, eBooks, infographics, sales enablement materials, and presentations
  • Tradeshow and event assets (booth graphics, signage, swag)
  • Video production and editing a plus
  • Brainstorm, collaborate, and strategize with the brand and marketing team on creative concepts and execution across initiatives 
  • Translate written or spoken ideas into high-quality visual solutions within an established brand identity
  • Own and manage projects end-to-end including timelines, feedback, and deliverables
  • Balance creativity with precision, ensuring designs accurately communicate ideas and represent the company appropriately
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to both design within brand templates and create from scratch

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of professional marketing and graphic design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused organizations
  • BA or equivalent
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real-world print and digital work across campaigns, events, websites, and marketing collateral
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); working experience with additional design tools such as Figma and Canva and video editing experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and current design trends
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate cross functionally
