Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer Intern Department: Marketing
Reports To: General Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in digital and print design while working within established brand guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
  • Understanding of design fundamentals, layout, and formatting for both digital and printing
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned . To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Create digital and print-ready graphics for social media, email campaigns, and in-store materials
  • Ensure all designs align with brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Format and prepare files for internal use and external print production
  • Adapt designs for various platforms, maintaining proper sizing and dimensions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Portfolio or examples of recent work required
This is a part-time internship (12-15 hours per week) offering valuable real-world design experience in a fast-paced environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Acceptable driver's record with valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The company will order an updated MVR report annually.
