Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Global Labeling (GL) is seeking an intern interested in learning about the development of labeling documents for medicine and vaccine products. This position is a three-month summer internship opportunity. The intern may participate in: The drafting of labeling for new products or the revision/updating of labeling for currently marketed products worldwide. The presentation of proposed labeling revisions to labeling committees. The collection and review of efficacy and/or safety information for marketed products. Process improvement projects and other department specific projects.

Please note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.

Education

Currently finishing junior year of college or higher and enrolled in a BS, MS or professional program, including biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy, or other science/health care-related field of study.

Required Experience and Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Good organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft WORD
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Experience working with databases
  • Experience writing, editing, and reviewing scientific content
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher
Salary range

Salary range: The salary range for this role is $39,108 through $111,111.
