Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities help counselors create a positive and inclusive environment. These skills are crucial for ensuring camper safety, engagement, and a memorable camp experience.

Summer Camp Counselors often navigate challenges such as managing large groups of energetic children, responding to unexpected situations, and balancing multiple activities throughout the day.
