Required Trainings: In order to work for the YMCA this summer, all day camp hires are required to attend all assigned summer day camp trainings. At the Y, we believe that training is an essential component of running a safe and engaging youth development program. All required training is paid. Additional training and on-site program prep will also be required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Passion for working with elementary and middle school children in a recreational enrichment setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to attend all pre-camp trainings and development session
