Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals

Creative Care & Connections is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a licensed Medicaid agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), we provide personalized, one-on-one support that empowers people to live independently, make meaningful choices, and thrive in their communities!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care
  • Support community participation and independent living skills
  • Provide companionship while promoting dignity, choice, and independence

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Able to pass a background check
  • High energy and engaging
  • Enjoys playing and interacting with children
  • Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
