Do you want to build more than cabinets and frames? How about secret doors, intricate puzzle boxes, and immersive worlds? JADE Solutions is looking for creative and detail-oriented Prop Fabricators to join our production workshop.

In this role, you’ll transform design blueprints into the high-quality props and set pieces that bring our escape room adventures to life. Whether you’re an experienced carpenter or just starting out with a passion for craftsmanship, we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to grow your skills while working on exciting, one-of-a-kind projects.

What You’ll Do

– Follow 2D and 3D plans to construct and assemble props and decorative elements using wood, laminates, and CNC-cut parts.

- Learn New Skills – Train on precision fabrication techniques, materials, and tools while adding unique projects to your portfolio.

– Work with our team to incorporate low-voltage electronics (like sensors, magnetic locks, and switches) into builds.

- Collaborate and work side-by-side with designers, CNC operators, and fellow builders to solve creative challenges.

- Contribute to the Team

– Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop while meeting production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for Building

– If you enjoy making things with your hands and seeing your work come to life, you’ll fit right in.

- Experience Helps, but Not Required – Carpentry, set building, museum exhibits, or custom furniture experience is great, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates.

- Basic Tool Skills – Comfort using common woodworking tools (saws, sanders, drills) or a willingness to learn.

- Team Player – Able to work well with others and follow detailed plans.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent

- Pay Rate: $15 – $20 per hour, based on experience

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekends off, occasional overtime available)

- Location: On-site at our workshop, 140 Seaboard St., Vass, NC 28394 (reliable commute required)
