What We're Looking For:

Leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. Plays a key role in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

Job Requirements:
No diploma required; Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential
2+ years of relevant work experience

Key Skills and Competencies:
Basic computer skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
Action oriented and resourceful

1st shift: M-F 6:45AM - 3:15PM

Pay: $22.00 per Hour

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
