Position Overview
Seekonk Grand Prix is looking for an energetic, reliable, and fast-paced Fry Cook to join our Pit Stop Food Trailer team! This position is responsible for preparing high-quality fried foods quickly and safely while delivering a fun, race-day experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried menu items (fries, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, etc.)
- Maintain proper oil temperatures and fryer safety standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Keep workstation clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
- Communicate clearly with team members to maintain fast service times
- Provide friendly guest interaction when needed
Qualifications
- Previous fry cook or quick-service kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to food safety and cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season
