Position Overview

Seekonk Grand Prix is looking for an energetic, reliable, and fast-paced Fry Cook to join our Pit Stop Food Trailer team! This position is responsible for preparing high-quality fried foods quickly and safely while delivering a fun, race-day experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook fried menu items (fries, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, etc.)
  • Maintain proper oil temperatures and fryer safety standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Keep workstation clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
  • Communicate clearly with team members to maintain fast service times
  • Provide friendly guest interaction when needed


Qualifications

  • Previous fry cook or quick-service kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to food safety and cleanliness
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season
