The Property Office at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is looking to hire a detailed and proactive student to assist with shipping and receiving functions of the laboratory. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with shipping and receiving—this includes the functions of shipping and receiving, material handling and packaging, inventory management, and record keeping
  • Processes, delivers, and picks up incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintains mail distribution boxes throughout SDL’s campus
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a Utah State University student
  • Must have at least one year of school remaining
  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summer
  • Must have a strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of ownership in their job, and be self-directed/motivated
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity tools
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
