Job description

There is currently an urgent need for a Clinical Lab Scientist Manager to join a state‐of‐the‐art, extremely stable healthcare organization on a full‐time basis. This role is located in scenic Northeastern, CA, which is home to a wide array of outdoor activities and gorgeous views.

Job Description

Performs all tests provided to the laboratory to obtain clinical information for physicians. Assumes duties of the Laboratory Assistant in their absence, including phlebotomy. Assists with laboratory services, patient care, quality assurance, and safety of hospital employees.

Qualifications

Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a Clinical Lab Scientist License in CA and have at least 2 to 5 years of clinical lab experience. Minimum of 2 years in a management role. Strong experience as a generalist with a background in chemistry, hematology, and blood banking is mandatory. Experience with Phlebotomy is highly desired. Must have experience analyzing samples of patients ranging from Neonates to Geriatrics .
