Job Summary
Provides subject-specific assistance to the instructors for various summer camp programs.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts and supervises daily programming labs or other subject-specific sessions
2. Reviews assignments, diagnosing and troubleshooting student issues
3. Provides tutoring and mentorship to students needing additional instruction
4. Aids in the preparation of course materials, including syllabi, labs, and solutions
5. Maintains cleanliness and organization in classrooms
6. Understands and follows emergency protocols and procedures
7. Identifies and addresses behavioral issues, reporting concerns to camp leadership
8. Helps maintain accurate program records and attendance
9. Assists with camper arrival, lunch, and dismissal
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Other Required Qualifications
First Aid and CPR training are provided upon hire by the university

Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
