You'll be responsible for preparing beverages, handling transactions, restocking supplies, and keeping the cafe clean, often rotating between stations with your team. Working closely with fellow baristas and supervisors is common, fostering a collaborative environment where communication and teamwork are essential for smooth operations. This dynamic setup provides excellent experience in customer service and multitasking, which can be valuable for future opportunities.

Is a summer barista a difficult job?
