West Point Dairy is seeing tempory / summer help
Assignment will be as needed, estimating 2-3 days per week, 8am - 430pm
Temporary General Labor employees assist with facility cleaning, painting, unboxing materials, and other general support tasks. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work in a food manufacturing environment while following GMP and sanitation requirements. Previous labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
$18.00 per hour
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, food safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
