Summary
This position is accountable for supporting the Education Division staff with clerical and administrative tasks. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, creating/revising excel spreadsheets and other documents.
  • You will work with the Education Division Staff on various projects and events.
  • Correspond via telephone and email with students, faculty, and PreK-12 school personnel.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Shows professionalism as appropriate for an office environment; strong interpersonal sills and ability to show hospitality to others.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Description of Hours: Student will be scheduled during the hours of 8:30am to 3:00pm, based on student's needs.
