Triumph Logistics is a top-ranked Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Forney, TX. We’re hiring entry-level and experienced delivery drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and want to be part of a high-performing team.

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude, teachable, professional, and goal oriented
  • Strong time management skills with staying on pace with required stops per hour, and make real-time adjustments
  • Troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations, including access issues, apartment layouts, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepancies
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and delivery quality procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
  • Thrive working in fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift, carry, pull, bend, twist, walk, climb stairs, and remain active and up to 85 lbs for the entirety of the route without issue.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21.25/hr base pay + ability to earn weekly safety and delivery quality bonus: $30–$140

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver 350–450 packages spread over 200+ stops per day
  • Operate a commercial Amazon branded delivery van safely and professionally
  • Follow all safety, driving, and delivery procedures at all times
  • Provide a positive, professional delivery experience for all customers
  • Perform physically demanding work for 8–9 hours per day
  • Communicate effectively with leadership
