Summer Adventure Club Homeroom Teacher
Kirkwood School District is hiring Summer Adventure Club Homeroom Teachers for the Summer 2026 program.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality educational and recreational activities to enhance the student's experience
  • Monitor and supervise students to ensure their safety, well-being, and skill development
  • Create weekly lesson plans according to the assigned theme
  • Organize and lead small and large group activities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the classroom and space
  • Maintain accurate program records, including attendance and incident reports
  • Be familiar with all emergency procedures associated with the Summer Adventure Club
  • Follow all safety guidelines associated with the Summer Adventure Club

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Experience working in a summer program or camp
  • Ability to supervise and lead groups of children
