Job description

Adventist Health Tillamook is actively seeking a mission-minded Family Practice APP for a full-time (36 patient contact hrs/wk) position.

The ideal candidate is a certified APP with a passion for providing expert clinical care in a family practice setting, caring for patients of all ages. Using a team-based model, the clinician will assess, plan, and provide patient care, including comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, prescriptions, basic office procedures, and treatment planning.

Tillamook Medical Group operates a network of rural health medical offices spanning 71 miles of the North Oregon coast in Lincoln City , Pacific City , two in Tillamook- Plaza and Women's and Family Health , Manzanita as well as inland in the towns of Vernonia , Banks , Sheridan , Hoodland and Estacada .

We serve more than 95,000 patients annually. Several of our medical offices are certified as Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Tier V clinics as recognized by the Oregon Health Authority.

The community of Lincoln City is located on the Central Oregon Coast and is considered the "Kite Capital of the World" hosting both a summer and fall kite festival. Some folks are lucky enough to find one of 3,000 glass floats that are placed along the 7.5 miles of beach each year, claiming a unique piece of beach art for their own. With a population of under 10,000 residents are able to enjoy a strong peaceful sense of community.

Candidates must be BC/BE, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. This position does not accept visa candidates.
