Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Technical Services Intern will support the Tech Team by creating approval prints for Corehog special items using SolidWorks. This role is heavily focused on print generation for a large project that requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency within SolidWorks. This position provides in-depth, on-the-job training and coaching, offering hands-on experience within a fast-paced and growing company in the manufacturing industry.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Generate 2D prints using SolidWorks
  • Apply proper dimensioning and tolerancing for tool geometry
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all prints
  • Collaborate with engineering and Team Lead to clarify design
  • Participate in our internal Tools Training program
  • Take part in weekly workshops with our Technical Team Training Coordinator

 

YOU'LL BRING:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing related field
  • Hands on experience with SolidWorks
  • Experience with GD&T
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and desire to make the most of your summer internship
