Job description

Trial Litigation Law firm in Coconut Grove seeking an experienced litigation paralegal in the one or more of the following areas: commercial, construction, professional liability, premises liability, professional liability, catastrophic injury. Must have 5+ years  experience including knowledge of all phases of discover and extensive trial experience. Summation and Trial Director are preferred.   Responsibilities will also include: reviewing and preparing exhibits, analyzing medical records and trial preparation.  Assisting in document productions; drafting subpoenas, notices of deposition and discovery requests. Flexibility to work overtime when necessary for trial.

After 90 days of employment there is an option to work from home one day a week on a designated day
