Their responsibilities typically include serving food and beverages, ensuring guest comfort, and delivering high-quality customer service during events or stays. Suite Servers often liaise between guests and kitchen or management staff to ensure all needs are met promptly. • Escalate complex infrastructure issues to the Infrastructure team.

Vendor & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, IT service delivery, and system maintenance.
  • Participate in IT system implementation projects as a project coordinator or project manager when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure IT projects and operational tasks are delivered efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 licenses, mailboxes, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.

  • Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Salary range: $75,000-$93,000
