Position Overview:
We are seeking and expecting individuals who provide outstanding service to suite-level guests at Chukchansi Park, home of the Fresno Grizzlies. Suite Servers are responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout every event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet suite guests warmly and professionally; obtain food and beverage orders efficiently while following established service standards.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to all food and safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients; offer recommendations and accommodate reasonable guest requests and preferences.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and special requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service through strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and patience.
  • Receiving tender and verify validity of charges.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized suite environment always.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and relay relevant issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Ensure assigned suites are properly set up before events and cleaned after each event ends in accordance with sanitation and company standards.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.
