Are you a talented Cookie Decorator or Sugar Cookie Artist with a passion for creating edible works of art? From seasonal collections and holiday assortments to custom designs and our signature creations, we're looking for someone who can combine artistry with consistency to create cookies that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
We're looking for an Experienced Cookie Decorator or Sugar Cookie Artist (2 to 3+ years preferred) who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment. Our bakery is a vibrant, energetic space where imagination is celebrated, teamwork is everything, and every day brings a new opportunity to create something unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Decorate sugar cookies with royal icing using a variety of techniques including flooding, fine detail work, piping, lettering, and dimensional finishes
• Create beautiful seasonal collections, holiday assortments, and custom cookie designs
• Follow established designs while also contributing fresh creative ideas and artistic direction
• Maintain consistent quality, color accuracy, and attention to detail across production runs
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety standards
• Help develop new cookie designs that keep our collections fresh, exciting, and uniquely Vegan Treats
What We're Looking For:
• 2 to 3+ years of professional cookie decorating experience preferred
• Experience creating recipes and advanced decorating techniques
• Excellent piping skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Artistic ability with a great eye for color, composition, and design
• Ability to recreate designs consistently while maintaining a handcrafted feel
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays because that's when the celebrations happen

• Hand painting and edible illustration
• Airbrushing
• Character and novelty cookie design
• Experience creating dimensional cookie sets
