Rolling Suds is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with pressure washing experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise pressure washing crews
  • Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Train team members
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with customers and management
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites
  • Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
  • Available Monday through Friday

  • Previous pressure washing and/or soft washing experience required
  • Leadership or crew management experience required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights when required
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts is a plus
