Rolling Suds of El Paso is hiring motivated Residential Sales Representatives to build neighborhood-based exterior cleaning routes throughout El Paso.
This is a commission-only outside sales position for someone who is comfortable approaching homeowners, starting conversations, following up consistently, and earning directly based on results.
Representatives earn 20% commission on qualifying self-generated residential revenue collected by the company.

For example:
$250 job sold = $50 commission
 $1,000 sold = $200 commission
 $5,000 neighborhood route = $1,000 commission
$25,000 sold in one month = $5,000 commission
Earnings are uncapped.
You will generate residential leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. You will speak with homeowners about exterior cleaning needs, present approved services and pricing, create and manage opportunities in Workiz, and follow up until the customer accepts, declines, or requests future contact.
Rolling Suds provides professional estimating support, approved pricing, CRM tools, customer payment systems, commercial-grade production equipment, trained technicians, and an established national brand.
We are looking for someone who is confident approaching homeowners, comfortable hearing “no,” organized with follow-up, professional in appearance and communication, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Previous experience in roofing, solar, pest control, landscaping, restoration, home improvement, automotive sales, telecommunications, or door-to-door sales is helpful but not required.
Applicants must have reliable transportation, a smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to walk residential neighborhoods and work outdoors.
This is a commission-only position with no guaranteed base salary. Commissions are earned only on qualifying revenue that is self-generated, properly recorded in Workiz, sold at approved company pricing, completed by Rolling Suds, and collected through the company’s payment system.
Sales representatives do not independently schedule production crews, accept customer payments, or modify pricing without approval.
