Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Professional to join our team at Suburban Pest Control in the Queens, Brooklyn & Manhattan area. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and handling service escalations. As a service professional, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their requests and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; experience in a technical or service industry a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle competing priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work well in a team environment
Responsibilities:
