Clerical Support Position

Under the direction of an administrator, perform a variety of clerical support duties for a department or program according to several specific routines and well-defined policies and procedures. Work Days: Monday - Friday

Requirements / Qualifications

Training and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in a general office. Effective October 1, 2024: If you have an AA, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, you must also attach a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree cannot be submitted in lieu of a high school diploma, unless your official college transcript clearly displays your high school graduation date and the name of the high school from which you graduated. Individuals who have completed high school, college, or university course work at an institution in a country other than the United States, must obtain a complete evaluation of foreign transcripts or degree. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved organization.
