Job description

Kemmerer Village Inc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safety, upkeep, and daily operations of our residential campus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | afternoon and evening hours may vary(34 hours/week) Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour, based on experience Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds
  • Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Safely operate tools, equipment, and maintenance machinery
  • Respond to maintenance needs to ensure a safe, functional environment for staff and residents
  • Utilize basic technology to receive work orders, document repairs, and communicate with supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of technology and computer systems (email, work order systems, or similar platforms)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
