• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health, determining the most appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both addiction recovery and mental health interventions, ensuring that the plans meet the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team to ensure clients receive coordinated care across various specialties.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, incorporating them into the recovery process to enhance their loved ones’ treatment success.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with individuals facing substance abuse challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client population includes adolescents and adults seeking recovery from various substances, including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique narratives, strengths, and challenges.

• Possession of a valid mental health licensure such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, confirming your qualifications to practice in Nevada.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling and mental health therapy.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a motivating and compassionate approach in working with clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients alike.

• Previous experience working within a substance abuse treatment center preferred.
• Training in trauma-informed care and conflict resolution techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and platforms for conducting therapy remotely.
