What Our Client Needs

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations to help scale its global finance function. This senior individual contributor will lead FP&A, strategic analysis, finance systems, process improvement, and integration initiatives while providing hands-on support across finance and accounting operations.

Who You Are

You are a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills and practical accounting knowledge. You take ownership of complex initiatives, build scalable processes, communicate financial insights clearly, and work effectively across functions. You can balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, board materials, lender reporting, and other decision-support reporting.
• Analyze financial and operating results and turn trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable recommendations.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, resource allocation, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, opportunities, risks, and progress against financial goals.
• Support consolidated financial reporting, monthly close activities, annual audits, technical accounting matters, and US GAAP reporting.
• Coordinate finance activities across domestic and international operations, including foreign currency and statutory reporting support.
• Support subscription accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, commission reporting, and recurring revenue analytics.
• Coordinate sales tax, indirect tax, and regulatory compliance activities with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, workflow automation, and process improvement.
• Develop standardized finance processes, procedures, and controls that improve scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Support finance integration activities related to acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct supervisory responsibility specified. The role partners closely with finance leadership and coordinates cross-functional initiatives without formal reporting authority.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience across FP&A, accounting, and finance operations.
• SaaS / subscription based financial modeling experience is a must have
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level analysis.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and analyzing consolidated financial statements.
• Experience supporting multi-entity and international operations, including foreign currency accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and partner effectively across functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Experience with acquisition integrations, ERP implementations, finance systems, or finance transformation is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, subscription billing platforms, international tax, transfer pricing, or BI and reporting tools is preferred.

• Compensation range of $125,000 to $130,000, with a target annual bonus of $10,000.
