What is a subscription manager?

A Subscription Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and maintaining subscription-based services for a company or organization. They manage customer accounts, handle renewals and cancellations, analyze subscription data, and work to improve customer retention. Their role often involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the overall subscriber experience and implement strategies for growth.
