Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level Network Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on Cisco networking experience to join in Fairfax, VA. This is an onsite opportunity for someone seeking long-term career growth and who has a strong background in enterprise network infrastructure, routing, switching, troubleshooting, and network security.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Required Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
  • Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, and VLANs.
  • Manage IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and network connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Respond to Tier 1 & Tier 2 network incidents and perform break/fix activities.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Support deployment of new network hardware and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Maintain network documentation, inventory, and change management records.
  • Assist with network design, implementation, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, threat mitigation, and network hardening.
  • Work closely with field maintenance teams on network implementation and troubleshooting.
