Job Description:

The RFP Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing procurement opportunities and leading the preparation and submission of winning proposals. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). The Coordinator will manage the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and other subject matter experts, to develop high-quality proposal responses.

Proposal Writing & Editing: Write persuasive content, including executive summaries, security volumes, resumes, and ensure clarity and coherence in all proposal documents. Edit and review content to improve structure, flow, and readability.

Research & Strategy: Conduct research and assist in gathering key information to inform product strategy and improve the quality of proposal submissions.

Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for assigned proposals, guiding the work of internal proposal teams, contractors, and subject matter experts.

Client-Facing Documentation: Produce a high volume of client-facing documents that support a variety of the company's products and services.

Leadership & Support: Provide writing guidance to proposal authors, volume leads, and capture coordinators, ensuring the submission meets all technical and compliance requirements.

Organizational Efficiency: Work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and following through on tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
