Opportunity Overview
A respected and growing organization in the insurance operations sector is seeking a highly organized Team Coordinator to support a high-performing Producer and their service team.
This role is responsible for managing workflow, coordinating priorities, and ensuring tasks such as quoting, remarketing, endorsements, and service requests move efficiently through the team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex workloads.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage daily workflow for a team supporting a high-volume Producer
• Organize tasks related to new business quotes, remarketing, endorsements, and service requests
• Assign and prioritize work across the team to meet service standards and deadlines
• Track open items and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Balance workloads and adjust assignments as priorities change
• Serve as the internal point of contact for workflow questions and escalations
• Maintain organized tracking systems for tasks, account status, and turnaround times
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency
Requirements
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating workflow or supporting team operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
