Common roles in sublimation jobs include operating heat presses, preparing designs, and ensuring high-quality prints. Workers may create custom apparel, promotional items, or personalized gifts. Attention to detail and knowledge of sublimation equipment are essential for success in this field.
To thrive as a Sublimation Technician, you need proficiency in operating heat press machines, understanding digital printing processes, and knowledge of textile or material compatibility, usually supported by relevant experience or vocational training. Familiarity with graphic design software (such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW), RIP software, and large-format printers is typically required. Strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are key soft skills that distinguish exceptional candidates. These skills are crucial for producing high-quality, customized products efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction in a deadline-driven production environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
What You'll Do:
- Accurately process jobs to ticket order specifications
- Monitor the operation of the equipment and perform quality checks.
- Follow safety rules and regulations. Wear and maintain proper PPE equipment.
- Communicate effectively to ensure company goals are met.
- Work overtime needed to satisfy customer demands and meet production schedules.
Skills and Experience:
- Three months experience with laser/rotary engraving, silk screen printing, die-sublimation and/or pad printing required
- Basic Computer experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
