Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee scaffolding construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, field personnel, subcontractors, project accounting and client communications while ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of scaffolding construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Review contracts, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports and communicate status updates to management and clients.
  • Manage project billing, change orders and project documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience in the NYC scaffolding trade.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Experience managing NYC scaffolding construction projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification & SST Supervisor Certification.
  • Experience with NYC scaffolding construction projects.
