Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Interior Commercial and hospitality Construction projects throughout New York, New York. Client Details Our client is currently leading the Commercial Building and Construction industry in New York City. They have been an established for for 10+ years focusing on Commercial Build outs, Gut rehabs and interior fit outs for retail, hospitality and office spaces. Description Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned Commercial construction project Will have APM as your direct reports Prepare or assist pre-construction manager with the project budget Work with estimating department to prepare buy-out plan Develop a project execution plan Review and approve Commercial construction operation plans, change order request and pay apps.
