Say goodbye to your old job and Hello to your new career! Hello Auto Group is hiring Subaru Master Certified Service Technicians for our Subaru store in Temecula, California. 

The Hello Auto group is growing in Southern California. We are looking for the right people to help us provide a better and different experience for both our customers and employees. 

We have a different approach to most things; we close on Sundays to provide our team with a better work-life balance and to enjoy a day with their friends and family. We offer two paid days off a year to volunteer in the community, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us daily. 

We also believe in a different approach to opening a new store. We have the entire team hired prior, working at our existing stores to learn the systems and have the support of our existing team members. We also like to move about 25% of our existing employees from our tenured stores to our new one to help bring the Hello culture and have knowledge of different processes and tools.

We are looking for talented Subaru Master Certified Service Technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ASE Certification highly desired
  • B level qualifications highly desired (Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair)
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay Range: $36.00/hr to 38.00/hr
