This position will work within our Human Resources team focusing on recruitment, developing community relationships and facility support.

Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-energy hourly and professional recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will have significant impact on the growth and success of Sub Zero Group, Inc. by finding top talent and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. 

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.
  • Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements.  Create or update job descriptions as needed.
  • Build relationships with High schools, Technical Colleges & University Campuses 
  • Proactively source, screen and build a pipeline for all of technical positions using social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.).
  • Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting. Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers on ways to improve our recruiting processes and utilize the talent pipeline.
  • Act as face of Sub-Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups, and conferences to promote the Sub Zero Group, Inc. careers.
  • Co-op program management through recruitment, co-op experience/development, offboarding and building future candidate pipeline.
