Job description

HVAC/Plumbing Superintendent position with a large mechanical and plumbing construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Provide a safe work environment and exceed OSHA requirements.

Review submittals, change orders, material take offs, and time sheets. Attend events, job sites, and meet closely with GC's, owners, as well as sub-contractors and MEP-Design Engineers. Ensure accuracy and compliance: budget, reviews, project scheduling, OSHA standards, work rules, and monitoring labor.

Requirements: Local Stable work history. 4+ years of HVAC and Plumbing Superintendent experience in large commercial projects. 5+ Years of prior field experience in HVAC/Plumbing.

Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, QC, and OSHA Standards.
