Warehouse Associate

Mobile Home Stuff Store, a Style Crest company, is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This position supports our shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, expert service, and a customer-first mindset. This role is key to making it all happen by keeping products moving accurately and supporting customers every step of the way, from the warehouse floor to the front counter.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report any damage or discrepancies.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom areas.
  • Pull customer orders for pickup and assist with loading as needed.
  • Support the showroom counter by processing walk-in and phone orders.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and complete required documentation.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
  • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling
  • Basic computer skills for order and inventory processing
  • Strong communication and basic math skills
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
