Job description

The Rehab Assistant/Customer Service Rep. will assist patients, therapists, and other medical professionals in a pleasant manner, working as part of a highly effective, experienced support team. Responsibilities include: registration/scheduling processes, assisting therapists, phone duties, and other clerical tasks.
Education Required: High school graduate (GED) preferred or equivalent experience required; Medical Terminology preferred, but not required.
Related Years of Experience Required: Six months related experience preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: BLS certified (training provided); Wisconsin Driver's license.
Shift: Working as needed at the Sturgeon Bay location.
Will receive a 10% differential off hourly rate for hours worked.
